Height Advantage Modifier For Soaring figures Clarification

Page 9 of the consolidated rulebook states that:


"The +1 to defense value only applies if the soaring warrior is the target of a ranged combat attack made by a non -soaring figure."

If both figures are at soaring level it means that no H.A.M. applies.
