I'm thinking that it looks Atlantean and my oh my! what an incredible looking sculpt!

He seems to be soaring and ready to cast a range spell or attack...

I'm thinking Bound... Probably Wing Type... It would be awesome if it had a 12 or a 14in range!!!

it looks like he's magic levitating stuff...

Wouldn't it be awesome if it turns out to be a nexus ability of Bound and Magic Levitation!!!

Maybe the Solonavis were finally able to possess or infiltrate the Atlantean ranks? Since they can't swoon Nujarek, they got this guy to do their dirty work? We'll see..

well technically you can Soar Alment Lan with the Tezla's Magestaff Relic

You're right about the bottom part. Maybe the Magus is literally floating and that bottom part is just his Robes dangling?
