Lance of Light
(Optional) The wielder cannot use the impale proficiency. When the wielder succeeds at a close combat attack against a single opposing target figure with the life drain, necromancy, or vampirism special abilities or the revenant or vampirism subfaction abilities, roll one six-sided die. If the result is higher than the wielder's damage value, deal damage to the target equal to the result instead of the wielder's damage value.
1. Say my rider has 3 damage (2 from base damage & 1 from bracers of the giant) and my mount has charge (passive or enchantment). I make a MC/C to a figure that has life drain, necromancy, or vampirism special abilities or the revenant or vampirism subfaction abilities, do i get to roll one six-sided die for each succesful attack I make?
2. Does the abilities mentioned needs to be showing as the opposing figures current stats? if yes, what if the abilities are gone after the first attack, do i still roll for the second attack of MC/C?

1. You get to roll the 1d6 for each time the wielder of the relic makes the actual attack.
for the rider and mount MC-C, you get to only do it once with the rider.
for a rider and rider MC-C, you get to roll twice since the rider attacks twice.
2. Checking of the abilities occurs at the opportunity the attack is made. If the ability disappears after the first attack, then you don't get to use the ability... but then again, you get to impale anyway :-)
